The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                    
following at the request of Representative Hudson, Co-chair:                   
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 394                                                            
"An Act relating to seafood processing permits for direct-market              
fishing operations and to the release of certain information                   
collected by the Department of Fish and Game to the Department                 
of Environmental Conservation."                                                
                                                                               
The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral; and so, HB 394 was             
removed from the Resources Committee and referred to the Finance               
Committee.
